Ohio has been a home to many a fine shooter in all the shooting disciplines.  With first class facilities located in the state, shooters have the opportunity to develop their skills to world class levels.  One Rifleman's Story is a story about the life of one of those world class shooters, James J. Kendall, Sr. Lt Colonel Retired US Army Reserves.  Written by his son, Mark Kendall, this story tells about how one ORPA member learned how to shoot and chronicles his development as a shooter.  With a preamble by Mark Kendall and design by Kathleen Hrovatich, granddaughter of James Kendall, this article is presented with loving care.  Click here  to view this article in PDF format.
