2007 ORPA Annual Meeting

The 2007 ORPA Annual Meeting will be held this year in Oak Harbor, Ohio. Another one of our affiliated clubs- The Oak Harbor Conservation Club has graciously volunteered to host the Annual Meeting on November 10, 2007.

We would like to invite all ORPA members to this annual dinner meeting. The President and kitchen committee of the club has promised a banner meal for this event. We hope that by rotating the meeting to different areas of Ohio, more of our members will participate.

We will be obtaining a block of rooms at the Our Guest Inn & Suites, 220 E. Perry St. in Port Clinton for our members and guests. We will have a Hospitality room open Friday and Saturday evening. The website for the hotel is http://www.ourguestinn.com Tel. (419) 734-7111. We have a special off-season rate for rooms at $40.00 per night for 1 night or $30 per night if the stay is for 2 nights. Mention the ORPA when making reservations.

Our usual agenda consists of committee meetings on Saturday morning beginning at 8:30 am. We welcome all Orpa members to take part, particularly for suggestions in their particular shooting discipline. We will break for lunch (no charge) and reconvene at 2:00 pm for our Annual Meeting of Members.

Our banquet social hour will begin at 6:00 pm with dinner being served at 7:00 . Cost will remain $20.00 per person.
