Youth and Future Growth
A significant portion of ORPA’s 501(c)(3) mission is focused on "Adolescents, Preteens, and Children.". Club members help us support:
- Junior Scholarships: Member clubs can sponsor their junior shooters for the annual ORPA Junior Scholarship, which supports trade school or college expenses for active marksmen.
- Junior Programs: ORPA provides specialized support for youth up to age 21, helping clubs build sustainable junior divisions that are often the "lifeblood" of long-term club membership.

State Championships: Member clubs are eligible to host ORPA supported state championships in various disciplines, including Bullseye Pistol, High Power Rifle, and Smallbore.

The "Triple Crown" and Leaderboards: ORPA manages complex, multi-venue competitions like the Ohio Triple Crown, which links matches across different venues (like the Cardinal Center and Camp Perry) to provide a unified competitive circuit for your club’s shooters.
- National Match Preparation: ORPA specifically prepares Ohio teams and individuals for the National Matches at Camp Perry, providing a pathway from local club shooting to national-level competition.
